Too dependable on Manual Documents
One of our customers with offices in two Caribbean countries was severely impacted with the onset of the pandemic. Manual documents required to support their business activities in country and cross-border could not be accessed as employees worked from home. Even with the later limited return to the office their processes remain total inefficient.
Having heard of our services, they contacted us to see how best we could assist them. We quickly carried out our Digital Experience Discovery, identified which historical manual documents were required for digitization, which DMS solution best fits their needs as well as their budget.
With little space in their offices we set up a hybrid model including remote processing using the latest technologies and hardware devices including high speed scanners with optimum OCR capabilities. The DMS solution recommended is one which we have deployed before. Our team of very skilled IT and technical personnel got the project off to a very good start.
Change Management included train-the-trainer sessions to ensure our client can optimize the use of their new digital assets.

Patient Records Missing
Imagine your patients visiting your medical office only to find that their file has been misplaced. Now further imagine, as a medical practitioner visiting your patient in another location, not your office. You need to walk with their manual records, maybe some of the documents are not yet filed
This was the case with one of our customers. Constant issues with missing patient records, old records deteriorating due to conditions of storage. Index cards filed in the wrong order and the list goes on.
The medical practice was in operation for over 15 years, the number of active patients exceed 900. There was now a critical need for a document management solution (DMS) suitable for this medical practice
